Synapse Link and Managed Identities for Azure with Data Lake storage

I am following the guide Use managed identities for Azure with your Azure data lake storage - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn. There is a requirement to lock down the Azure components that make up Synapse Link so that they are not accessible by the public over the internet and we use the Azure backbone instead.

The documentation refers to a compressed archive of Powershell scripts that no longer is available. File not found · GitHub

I found one of the individual script being referenced

However Powershell isn't happy and I am seeing a sea of red text on the screen
