Smartlist builder no data

Smartlists built by SmartList Builder somehow moved to the 'additional smartlists' folder and now return no data.  Users were in and out of Extender and S/L Builder, which may have caused this.

    Two different issues.  They moved to Additional Smartlists because they were not associated with a Module.  Have you confirmed that these SmartLists have rights to run against GP?  Are any third party tables/views in use?

    Where do you check if the smartlist is associated with a module? They should be, since the smartlists were in a module folder before, but suddenly moved to additional smartlists.  Extender fields are being used in these smart lists.

    When you create/edit a SmartList in Builder there is a Series pull down.  That determines which group the SmartList will appear in.

    How are you accessing the Extender Data?  Views?  Were the Views rebuilt?  Were fields added to or removed from the windows or even moved?  And were the Views rebuilt after those edits?  How are you relating the data in the Extender Window to GP data?

    This where I would look first.

    The Smart List is attached to a module.

    We rebuilt the Smart List in Builder by deleting all the extender fields used in the Smartlist X, and then, going back to Extender to delete the S/L link from the window, and finally re-adding S/L to Extender. SmartList still stayed in Additional folder.
