Leave an email activity when sending email through Click Dimensions

Hi all,

I'm sending e-mails to our contacts through Click Dimensions, however, I don't see that notification under the 'activity tab' in their contact page. I'm sending this e-mail to a marketing list and I can see that the contact has been 'connected to' the marketing list.

However, when I send a sms/text, it shows up under the activity.

Is there something I need to turn on?
