Import jobs stuck

Hi

We are using CRM 2016 online via Office365

We have 14 import jobs (200 records in each) that have been stuck in a submitted state for nearly 18 hours 

I've raised a support ticket, tweeted CRM and asked for a callback - all of which have been ignored!

Is there any way of pushing these jobs through?

This is business critical and very frustrating as you can imagine.

The irony is, I'm going to see a new client tomorrow who wants to look at Dynamics as a CRM system. My experience with the online version so far is leading me to advise that they avoid CRM

Sorry to rant but our experience with CRM thus far has been terrible

    Delete import files along with the data imported, go to settings>>data management>.imports and do it

    Try again one by one, avoid importing all together until the data is related.

    Thanks...I have tried deleting and starting again to no avail.

    These are tiny imports of 100 records at a time (account information)

    Two days without the ability to import or mass update any records!

    Have you raised service request to Microsoft?

    I think they can only help you

    Unfortunately the Support Team don't seem to be able to fix it

    I think we are going to start looking at a different platform

    What file did you import? Is it a CSV or XLSX?

    1. Compress the csv or xlsx into a zip file and try to import that.

    2. Request your instance to be moved to a different scalegroup

    I have experienced stuck import job only when asyncservice is not running. Just to confirm if asyncservice is the issue, try running a workflow and see whether it triggers and completes without any issue.
