We are using CRM 2016 online via Office365
We have 14 import jobs (200 records in each) that have been stuck in a submitted state for nearly 18 hours
I've raised a support ticket, tweeted CRM and asked for a callback - all of which have been ignored!
Is there any way of pushing these jobs through?
This is business critical and very frustrating as you can imagine.
The irony is, I'm going to see a new client tomorrow who wants to look at Dynamics as a CRM system. My experience with the online version so far is leading me to advise that they avoid CRM
