Hi
is it possible to have a link in GP to download weekly reports? I see the My Reports section. Is that where I can set up reports? Will the reports be run on a weekly basis, ie do we need to change the dates manually or can it be set up such that it pulls reports automatically for any given week?

You can use the My Reports section to add you commonly used reports. I find the easiest way to add a report to this area is to open the Report Option window for the report and click the My Reports button, this will add the shortcut to your Homepage and you can easily modify the date parameters at this point.
Another option (depending on how periods are defined) is to leverage Report Groups found in each module under Reports > Groups. This will leverage each report's underlying Report Option. However, there isn't a dynamic date parameter for for "This Week" but there are others that you may be able to take advantage of for monthly or period reporting.
These individual series level Report Groups can then be rolled up into a company level group called a Combined Group access from the Main navigation menu > Reports > Combined Group.
This can be a huge time saver during month/period end.
