FRx Migration Wizard fails on 5th Step, Map Companies

I have successfully installed Management Reporter 2012 but when I attempt to run the FRx Migration Wizard on the Production Server I get to the 5th step, Map Companies.  It list my FRx company but there isn't a MGT Reporter Company.  If I click next it says At least one company must be configured in order to perform building block validation.  If I type in the company name "AEI01" it bombs with Sequence contains no matching element.

    Are you using the Legacy GP adaptor rather than the Data Mart?

    If so, you need to use the Confguration Console to import the companies from GP into MR before running the configuration console.

    You'll need to create/import the companies before you run the migration wizard.  You can do this by starting the MR Configuration Console and then click File | Configure.  Install both the services and the provider (either Legacy or the DDM).  Once the provider is installed, the companies will import.  You can then run the migration wizard and the MR company should be available.

    An additional note: after you've brought in the companies in Configuration Console and you get back to the Map Companies screen and they all say "(none)", double-click on the "(none)" and you will get a dropdown of database names.  It doesn't look clickable, and nothing happens if you single-click or click too slow.
