At the time of Report as finished, I receive and error message: "Item number has not been completely released"

The BOM lines are in picked status and are set to Finish on the flushing principle.

The RAF settings are as shown below. Automatic BOM consumption is set to "Flushing principle".

My question is when we start the production order, should a picking list be generated? My understanding is that the picking list should be generated and posted at the time of RAF.

We are using advanced WMS for raw material picking.

Can you please check if item gas properly setup like model groups, item groups etc. Have been setup?
