Why would a user with the same Safe Pay Security Role ID as another user not be able to access SafePay on their PC while the other user can on their PC?
Are there rights associated with their Windows User that need to be set up?
If the user got a new workstation is there an install they need to run to have access to Safe Pay?
I should be all set. I have to re-run the workstation install and select Safe Pay under Select Features.
