I'm trying to activate my product but the server doesn't answer and the stupid girl I talk to on the phone activation center told me that RMS is not a Microsoft product. I told her multiple times that Microsoft Dynamics RMS is a Microsoft product, that every time I called the number I get on the phone activation page, the person I was talking to didn't know about this product but was able to activate it after a long talk, not this time. I have a store with no POS right now and I'm unable to activate this software. I ask to be transfered to a supperior which apparently wasn't possible. I asked to be transfered to the complains department and been told that there is no complains department. I'm VERY desapointed about all of this, once again.

In addition, when you speak with the agent, note you are trying to active "Retail Management System Store Operations" or "Retail Management System Headquarters".

yes call then say Business products, then say other business products, then press 0 or enter crappy numbers you are redirected to a tech.. say it's a 10 group digit not 9.. for business.. they will help you.. just reinstalled last night on a new store
