We have several reports created in AX 2012 and these are complex SSRS reports. We are planning to upgrade system to D365. I heard SSRS reports can't be upgraded. Can I get some guidance?
No, there is no upgrade path for SSRS reports. These has to be re-written in D365.
Upgrade is a good opportunity to review is the past needs to be in future?
While no direct path exists for upgrade but you can reuse the logic and quickly build a new one.
Data design/table relationship is key due to extension only approach
I hope you can rewrite these reports with not much effort. Please look at other report options as well such as Power BI dashboards instead of writing SSRS reports. If it answered your question, can you mark it answered?
