Toggle Switch in Power Apps

Hello,

I'm trying to add an additional toggle switch on the form below, however the toggle switch doesn't render as the default of "No". Instead 3 dashes appear. I set it up the same way the toggles above are displayed. Am I missing something?

I've created a business rule to have the field set to "NO" and that hasn't changed it to a toggle switch. The 3 dashes remain.

Thank you!

When you add a new field/column in Dataverse, the default value only applies to records created from that point forward. If there is a record that already exists, the new column will appear as a null value. For toggles, the null value means the toggle is not visible and instead shows as your screenshot appears.

You can fix this by basically backfilling the field value, either manually, through a bulk edit, or via workflow (depending on the number of records). In your screenshot, simply click on the 3 dashes and the field will get set to No, thus making the toggle visible.

If you backfill and set the field value to "No" for all existing records, then the toggle will be visible for all users on all records.
