I just tested the access to the user setting page through a Global Admin account and it is work. May sure your account have assign "Global Administration" in Microsoft 365 admin center.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for your answer. Indeed, I've been deploying BC and NAV before for quite some time and was really surprised not to be able to access the page anymore with v19. Just tested the access to the page through a Global Admin account and it worked like a charm.

Hi John,
We ran into the same error after upgrading to version 19. Apparently you now need to be a Global Admin on the tenant in order to access User Settings. I had to get our IT department to give me that role in order to access the page again. I didn't see any information about this change in the release notes and it was very confusing, even our partner didn't know what was causing the problem.
