Hello,
I have a user that keeps getting a message saying "This operation is not supported until the entire message is downloaded. Download the message and try again" This happens when he tries to attach a document in SharePoint through mail merge. I have tried the rollup updates, uninstall/reinstall and gave him a reloaded Surface Pro running 8.1 but the problem persists sporadically.

Hello,
I believe you are using CRM 2011 client for outlook for Outlook 2013.
We need to be sure that the CRM 2011 organization that is getting configures is at minimum on UR 10.
