When trying to edit an active account structure we get /Structure ####### has been modified by another user. You must close the form and open it again before making your changes./. We have removed online users. We have cleared usage data for all users. We have logged out and back in again. We have valdiated there is no /draft/ version of the structure. Still same error. Any help is very welcome. Thanks.

Which D365 app are you using? This forum is about D365 in general, while your question seems to be about a particular product.

Hi,

I apologize for not confirming which app you are using.
Here I am assuming that you are using the Finance and Operations app and this error occurs when you try to edit the account structure.

So I need to confirm if the problem you are experiencing is the inability to make any edits or the inability to save the edited content (i.e., it still won't activate after a successful Re-validate)?

Since I am not an expert in finance, I can only give limited speculation:
1. was the system in maintenance mode at the time of activation?
2. try the account structure to activate the performance enhancements

3. it could be related to configuration or master account, use simple examples when testing.
