    Hi,

I'm not sure if you resolved this but I'd check if the item has stock keeping units and if so look at the planning parameters at the location level on the stock keeping units.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

    Hi Gavin,

    Thanks for the Reply,

No I still facing the Problem.

And We Don't use Stock Keeping Units.

We have  stock of 15 of the Mentioned Item In a single Location.

And I don't know what the problem here is?

    Hi

    A few places to check

    1) Is this item Blocked? Item Card in Item tab section

    2) What is the Replenishment System? Is it Purchase ? if it is production or assembly do you have BOM/Routing?

    3)  if it is production or assembly what is Manufacturing/assembly Policy? Make sure it is not set to Make to Order

    4) If you change Max to Reorder and try do you see any changes?

    Hi,

Is the location you have the items in the blank location? As I understand things the planning info on the item card is for the blank location. Can you screen shot the item ledger entry?

    Thanks

    Gavin

    Hi

Can you please post screenshot of

    1) Item 02044 planning setup in item card and replenishment setup. This is for bot item card and SKU for  location CSI

    2) On hand QTY for item 02044 in location CSI

And I believe when you run MRP you are expecting suggestion for this item but you do not see it. Is this still accurate? Please also post screenshot of your setup when you are regenerating your MRP

    Hi Mahgah,

    Thank You for Your Answer.

The issue is With Our Customization on the item Planning. Because Requisition Worksheet  works perfectly on other Companies where the Extension is not installed.

So very much Thank You for your time.

Although I see you have Reordering policy at Maximum Qty, can you change it to, fixed reorder ?
then try placing the 500 pcs in your Reorder qty.
