Accounts Recivable report higher than balance sheet debtors

My accounts receivable seems to be higher than my balance sheet. Document types are all Invoice, Payment, Credit Memo and Refunds.

Only thing that may cause the issue is we sometimes get a bulk payment for multiple customers and use a cash allocation account for this to then post the individual payments to individual customers from there but in previous systems always worked fine.
I have the same question (0)

If your customer subledger doesn't reconcile with the G/L then typically it's because entries have been posted to the G/L account without going through the subledger. I would check the general ledger entries for such entries.
