Email Body for Workflow Notification

Hi all 

We have a requirement for email notification of workflow  where the email body should have a tabular format and should include buttons like Approve , Reject and Change request on the email body itself  , with an attachment of customized report attached on the email 

Please let me know if you have any suggestions how we can customize it , or any of have implemented the same code or requirements please help !! TIA

    Hello,
     
    This can be done by using an email template (with XSLT code in the body) and some customisation in FSCM. Clicking on the buttons (links) in the email could forward the user to an approval (cloud approval / workflow) in the cloud to approve or reject. Or, if the recipient has access to FSCM, the buttons (links) could forward the recipient directly to the specific workflow in FSCM.

    This can be done by either with D365 Customization or Power Automate with Business Event.
     
    Please work with technical to work on it, its not very tough to do.
