Login ID and password incorrect for Mobile Advance Warehouse Management Application

Dear Team,

I am unable to login my user ID and Password for Advance WMS application on mobile.

Same credentials is working on my Web-based application.

Same credentials is working on web-base WMS application. I have defined my credentials on Warehouse Management>Setup> Worker

    You nned to link WMS client and D365 using a app in, did you setup that step ?

    I have just come across a similar issue. It was related to default company.

    Default company for app user in D365 should match company in user id.

    Hi Adnan,

    Did you checked your connectiong settings. you must create as muck as connection per default company

    Tip : Name de connection by the defaulted company and if you can add different logo per company. So, when you are connected to the mobile app, you have a visual indicator to prevent such situations.

    Yes, this issue belongs to default company, now it is working fine.
