How to add service charge to the item

Is there any way to add service charge (e.g service charge 10%)  to some items in a receipt?  What features in RMS should we use?

    You can use a tag along item for a fixed $amount.  However, if you need a service charge based on a %, we can create an Add On for you: http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/
