Cancelled Contract Still Recognizing Revenue

We have a contract that was cancelled last year, but still recognizing revenue.  It appears cancelled on the contract level (contract inquiry says cancelled) and contract lines are all marked with 'c'-cancelled.  Anyone know why it would continue to recognize revenue and what else needs to be done to stop it.  Thanks!
