We are using SL2011.   I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has good experience with a third party budgeting solution that can integrate with SL. 

We are a highly decentralized nonprofit with dozens of people with budget responsibility building spreadsheets and sending them to me where I upload them into a budget ledger.  This is extremely labor intensive and can be prone to error.  I'm looking for something that will allow us to continue a decentralized approach while making it easier to get the data into SL.

    We've had both GP and SL clients use Budget Maestro. Prophix and BI360 are alternate solutions that work with SL.
