Sales orders not showing in Release to warehouse feature

Hi!

For an unknown reason, sales orders doesn't show in the Release to warehouse menu in the upper section where they should appear. Transfer order does show but not the Sales order.

Is there a configuration that I need to enable for them to show?

Is your sales order warehouse an advanced warehouse or your order may be on hold, or the order type may be journal?

Hi Dogan,

thank for your response. Warehouse is advanced warehouse, orders are not on hold, and order type are not journal. I have several sales orders and none of them are showing in the sales order tab. My customer is starting in D365, and we wonder if there is something that we need to enable.

Hi there

Could this be due to security roles / configuration?

Can you check this with System administrator role?

Hi Martine,

Are you the items of the sales orders linked to a storage dimension group were parameter 'Use warehouse management process' is active?
