Access Denied saving attachment

Hi Experts

i created a workflow extension and i tried to save the attachment on the folder and upon saving the attachment i got this error "Access to the path 'c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\filename.docx' is denied. i tried to change the path to the other folder on the c drive and still i got this error.

    If I am not wrong this is because of the user under which asynchronous service is  running  in the server does not  have Admin privilege to write the file in the mentioned path.

    In addition also check the if IIS  CRM App pool user has the sufficient administrative privilege to write file in above location.
