How to take a photo and attach with mobile on case

Hi guys

I want to attach a photo with mobile camera on the case entity by the user. How can I attach the photo?

    No I use browser for mobile or tablet

    With browser the only options is access to the file system (windows and android tablet) or gallery (ipad)  and attaching it.
