any one know how to fix Error 403 in Link to online bank Account
the bank is Cathay Bank ( business account )
I can pass first 2 step the I get Error 403 try agent later

Hello - Looking at the Status codes on the Yodlee Dev site it says this for a 403:
Problem Updating Account(403):We're sorry, there was a technical problem updating your account. This kind of error is usually resolved in a few days. Please try again later.
developer.yodlee.com/.../Status_Codes
I see that it has been a few days. Can you try again to see if this works? If not, we will need a support case, so we can contact Yodlee.
