Invoice not showing GST

I have created my invoice in the Sales Transaction Entry.

When I try to print it (without selecting to show the tax details) it does not show the tax details but does have the letterhead for the company information visible.

When I select to enter the tax details in the print menu, the letterhead and other corporate information disappears when I print to screen.

Can anyone assist in identifying a way to print my invoices with all the relevant tax details and the letterhead information?

    Looks like your SOP invoice format is modified for your specific needs.

    To debug the issue - the first thing I would do is grant security to the unmodified version of the report and see does the information print  - it won't be in the correct format - but all you are interested in is if the VAT data prints - if it does then its an issue with the report layout modifications.

    Are you printing to Word templates?

    as Ian alludes to there are lots of invoice formats in GP.

    Printing tax details or not changes the report format that you are using. The one with your letterhead etc is obviously the no tax details report.

    You will have to replicate those mod's on the correct report.

    Also keep in mind that invoices and credits are different reports in SOP, so what ever you do to an invoice you have to do again to the credit note.

    Yep,

    The SOP forms that contain the tax details are the 'Options' forms. For instance the Blank Options Invoice Form and the Blank History Options Invoice Form, etc.
