restarting an integration synchronisation job which crashed!

Hello! We have an integration job which synchronises the BC customer price groups with CRM pricelists but has clearly crashed! Is there a way to kill the process as it is now effecting our ability to run the job again to refresh pricing and clashing with our jobs?

Hi some belt a braces suggestion if you didn't already try.

Based on your screen shot you must be on an older version of BC and on-prem? Did you restart the NAV service.

After that didn't fix anything, next I'd suggest to remove the Integration Table Mappings entry and re-create it, this will re-create the job queue entry for you.

I just created a test integration, and then manually deleted the job queue - which made this button non-functional.

Or you could just create the job queue manually for this integration task; here are the settings from the automatically created one extracted via rapid start, the key field that links the job back to the Table Mapping appears to be the "Record ID to Process" that seems you can only set via conf. packs.

    Hope that helps!

Sorry Valentin and need some more spoonfeeding!

The particular job is definitely missing from the list of Job Queue Entries and so we trigger it from the 'Integration Table Mapping' - yes it is not set to schedule as we only run it after a price has been updated every 6months and will change to monthly. But it is not a problem as we can trigger manually after updating the customer price groups.

You mention "integration sync jobs" and yes I can see the job here but there is option to restart/stop the job from the log:

So the problem we have is that we have a job stuck but cannot stop/restart-any thoughts?
Is the solution to find the codeunt somehow and add it to the job queue so we have the restart/stop option?

The integration sync jobs is a log of the job queues being run that are related to your synch that are setup in the job queue entries page. It should definitely be in the job queue entries page, please look at the description column in the job queue entries page to recognize it. If its not there then its not setup to synch on a set schedule.

thank you @valentin for taking the time to respond and whilst not the exact answer I was looking for i think we are close!

For some reason we have the particular job missing from the queue and it is being run from the integration sync jobs as per screenshot!

    Is there a quick fix?

You can stop or restart the job queue. In the Job Queue Entries Page select the integration job queue and select Restart or Set On Hold:
