Job Sales Invoice based on Resource Usage

When creating a job sales invoice, BC always defaults to the remaining amount (Qty - Qty Invoiced).  However, BC knows how much should be billed because the "Job Cost Suggested Billing" report is based on usage.  How can I get BC to invoice for actual resource usage?

I'm using "Budget and Billable" and the usage gets linked to the planning line.  If I use billable lines, I get a new line item for each day on the invoice and we want a consolidate invoice for the month.

If you want to bill for actual usage. setup your line type to billable and whatever you are doing on your job planning, use budget type lines. Billable lines will then bill for actual.
