We have a user that selects "Set Regarding" on an email prior to sending it. Once she selects the service, it then deletes the contents of her email. She then goes to Sent Items in her Outbox, and all the text has been deleted.
- Have uninstalled/reinstalled the CRM plugin
- Cleared cache
- Reset IE and Chrome settings
It went good for about 2 weeks, and has started happening again.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
