Hi,

I want to add the apply date that I can see in the Applied From Credits window in the RM Trial Balance Detail with Options report. How can I do this?

the Receivables Apply Document Temp table doesn't have the apply date field. I tried adding the RM Apply Open table but it is not working. I removed the Receivables Apply Document Temp table then add the RM Apply Open table for the report to work.

No, use that one if it has the apply date, Otherwise just add the apply table. Temp tables are typically structures or views constructed to bring specific information to the report.

In the aging report there is already a table Receivables Apply Document Temp attached. When I add the RM Apply Open file under it the report generate duplicate document numbers. Do I need to remove the Receivables Apply Document Temp table and add the RM Apply Open table instead?

If you have rights to modify the reports, display the report on screen and click the Modify button. Add the field., It is in the apply record table (you may need to add this table to the report).

Don't forget to give yourself and other users rights to the modified reports.
