Hi All,

I have a customer that wants to add standard Ts & C's to all quotations and invoice in Dynamics, they want the to automatically be part of the layout when sending quotes/invoice direct from Dynamics. has anybody done this for their customers before?

    If you are considering an add-on, take a look at Zetadocs Delivery to automate document emailing for Business Central or NAV.

    Adding T&C's to all quotes and invoices automatically is super simple using document templates. Zetadocs also has options to merge all attachments into the quote/invoice or send as separate PDFs attached to the email.

    If they want to have a separate PDF attachment just for T&C's, then look at Continia Document Output. You can send document with additional attachments that you can define.
