Payment Terms - Discount Date Based on Invoice Date Day of Month

Is it possible to calculate a discount date as follows? If the invoice is dated from the 1st to the 15th of the month, then the discount date is the 25th of that month. If the invoice is dated from the 16th to the end of the month, then the discount date is the 10th of the following month.
