Confused about Flows

I'm reading about the different types of flows here httpshttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/intro-business-process-flows/2-differences://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/intro-business-process-flows/2-differences

First paragraph says "A business process flow is a visual guide meant to help users complete a business process"  .  The second paragraph then states that "A Power Automate flow does not have any visual components like a business process flow components"

So it describes 2 different flow types "Business Process" and "Power Automate".

But then just two paragraphs later it states "You can manage or create new business process flows by launching Power Automate"

Wait.  We have just established the two as being different.

Is Power Automate the tool we use to create both ?

e.g. Power Automate creates both Business process flows and Power Automated flows ?

Can some one clarify the difference in them and how to create each in a simplified way

I have the same question (0)

    Hi ErickTreeTops,

You could three types flow by Power Automate:  Cloud flows, Desktop flows and Business process flows.

Cloud flows are used to trigger your automation either automatically, instantly, or via a schedule. It has three type flow: Automated flows, Instant flows and Scheduled flows. It contains lots of triggers and actions. Please refer to this doc: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/overview-cloud

Desktop flows are used to automate tasks on the Web or the desktop. Using  Power Automate for desktop you can automate tasks on the desktop as well as the Web. Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/introduction

Business process flows provide a guide for people to get work done. They provide a streamlined user experience that leads people through the processes their organization has defined for interactions that need to be advanced to a conclusion of some kind. Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/business-process-flows-overview

You could sign in https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/ and then create these flows:
