Dear Experts,
I want to schedule a report (age account receivables) monthly & send it to a specific user ID email address. Is this a standard function in the latest BC cloud version?
I tried the below steps, but it wasn't a success.
1. Setup Email account in BC (It works fine)
2. Printer management (create a printer with a user Email address)
3. Printer selection (create a new line with the user ID, report ID & printer in step No 2)
4. schedule the report (schedule the report, daily with email printer in step No2)
Note:- I'm not receiving an email with the schedule option. I receive the email with the print button but not with the schedule option.
