I'm setting up a signature for emails sent out of Dynamics CRM. Am I missing something, or does the tool doesn't allow for html or rich text formatting, or to add an image (like the company logo)? It seems very odd that the signatures are so limited in a tool that's used for customer engagement. This basically means the email signatures look very different if sent from Outlook vs CRM. Also, there seems to be no way to format the text to allow for different spacing between lines.
Am I missing something, or can anyone point me in the right direction?
