Images and formatting on email signatures

I'm setting up a signature for emails sent out of Dynamics CRM. Am I missing something, or does the tool doesn't allow for html or rich text formatting, or to add an image (like the company logo)? It seems very odd that the signatures are so limited in a tool that's used for customer engagement. This basically means the email signatures look very different if sent from Outlook vs CRM. Also, there seems to be no way to format the text to allow for different spacing between lines.

Am I missing something, or can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello!

There are some options for Adding/editing email signatures. This is the official documentation docs.microsoft.com/.../create-signature-dynamics-365-email-queue. However, you have a nice how-to on community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-create-email-signatures-in-microsoft-dynamics-365.

Finally, if you want to use images you definitively have to see the post by Megan on community.dynamics.com/.../email-signature-with-images-amp-hyperlinks

As of Dynamics 365 Online Wave 2020 rolling out October what you are looking for is a new feature, pictures, rich text and dynamic data being highlights.

Thank you Daniel, I tried what Megan suggested and it didn't work for me. Looks like the Wave 2 release may have what I need, though. I just need to see when it will be deployed...

Unfortunately, Dynamics CRM doesn't support HTML or rich text formatting for email signatures, nor does it allow for image insertion like company logos. It's a limitation that's frustrating for many users. For proper email signature, consider using third-party tools like Exclaimer.
