Unable to Install/Upgrade Field Service Latest Solution

Hi CRM Experts,

My organization upgraded from CRM 8.1 to CRM 8.2 with Field Service already installed it.

After the upgrade, I looked into portal.office.com to see if I have any upgrade available for Field Service solution, then I found one.

After clicking on Upgrade, it goes into the Installing STATUS for 20-30 minutes, but after that it again starts showing the older version and also the STATUS as Upgrade available. (No errors shown...)

I tried this for more than 10 times, but couldn't upgrade to the latest solution.

Any help, would be appreciated.

    We have two instances, on one it worked, on the other not.

    So same issue here.

    You should definitely open a ticket with Microsoft.

    I agree with you. If this has been happening multiple time, the best course of action would be to open a ticket with MS.

    I am having the same issue and opened a ticket but unfortunately have not had any luck with a resolution. Has anyone been able to successfully upgrade their Field Service solution?

    I have been having the same problem and needed MS to run this for me. If you open a support ticket it shouldn't take more than a couple of days

    I placed a ticket into Microsoft support on June 26th for this issue and they cannot figure out why I cannot upgrade to the latest version.

    Hi,

    We were able to upgrade the solution by going into Settings -> Solutions and then we applied solution upgrade on the Field Service solution.

    Hello All,

    Recently - We have upgraded CRM Instance from 8.2 to 9.0. After that I have found that we need to upgrade Field Service Solution to latest version. I have tried to upgrade from instance picker but after some time I am getting below error.

    Current Field Service Version: 6.2.0.342

    Latest Field Service Version: 7.5.5.48
