This seems like a simple issue, but I'm having trouble with finding the history of a general journal. Is there a way to find a single journal and the status of hte journal (i.e. posted, waiting for approval and the users).

Hi

I hope this helps you a little, there is the functionality of copying the journal lines to a historical one, from which you can attend to other actions. here more information.

When you post the General Journal, it will create the General Ledger Entries (and its related entries ), and then the journal lines will be deleted.

You need to enable Copy to Posted General Journal to retain a copy of it. You can refer below to enable it.

Hi, if you have not turned on the Copy to Posted Jnl. Lines function in advance, you can only try your luck in the G/L Register page.
