Not able to Sending Quotation email receipts from Retail POS Transactions

Hi All,

I want to send email Quotation receipt form POS. But this email option is disable for Quotation receipt attach Screen shot of that. This option is enable for normal sales Receipt.

Is this possible to send Quotation receipt through email? Normal email setup has been done. Can I need to do any more set for send quotation.

    Hi Hitesh,

    I think this is not supported because of quotation different process as customer order. But I will verify this next week and keep you updated.

    Hi Hitesh,

    It seems it is not supported to send a quote via email from POS. There is very limited operations allowed in POS for quotes as the entire process of quotes is a backoffice process in our current release.

    In case you consider that this would be a feature nice to have in the system in the future and expand the current necessities, please enter this as a product suggestion at experience.dynamics.com/.../.

    If you create an Idea, you may share i link there for other community members to vote.
