Hi All,

Please assist, is it possible to change item tracking code when the item already has warehouse entries?

If I change it on Item card, I get the below error

You cannot change the item tracking code once transactions are entered however, you can ask your partner to assist with a customisation that can populate warehouse entries and set the tracking code by config package or through code. This needs proper planning and testing phase to minimise inconsistencies.

Only way doing this from user side is via Configuration Packages.
But You should have 0 inventory for this item before You do any changes to this field, otherwise You can create unneeded problems.
