I've looked through

I'm currently trying to locate a list of all available Site Settings since I noticed that they're different from Adxstudio 7.

Example: HelpDesk/CaseEntitlementEnabled became CustomerSupport/CaseEntitlementEnabled

I wanted HelpDesk/CaseDeflection/Enabled to be added so that the Case page wouldn't display the Search area.  I tried creating a new site setting using HelpDesk/CaseDeflection/Enabled and CustomerSupport/CaseDeflection/Enabled to no success.

 Is there a list containing every possible Site Setting somewhere?  The documentation in the links above only talked about Authentication settings.

    Hi Zabby,

    Just creating the site setting itself wouldn't enough to disable the search area from displaying. You'd need to go into the web templates themselves and update them to use the new site settings you created to hide the search. OR, you can just remove the search from the existing web template that controls the case page.
