Printing multiple sales orders at the same time Word XML Mapping Issue?

We need the ability to print multiple tickets at the same time, and each ticket that is printed needs 2 copies. We made a delivery ticket using Microsoft Word and it works great when you're printing just one order at a time but if you try to print more than one order it'll splits the tickets in half with the top half on one sheet and the bottom on another. I asked our partner for help but their response was they just wanted to rebuild it for us in RLDC because they don't have a lot of experience with word so they can't tell me what's wrong and why it's doing this. We don't want RLDC because then nobody in the company would be able to tweak and update our tickets we would have to go to our partner every time.

This is how it looks when printed:

its duplicating everything fine, its just splitting the tickets in half.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

You provided us pictures of the Word layout of the report and it does not need to be that the printed report will look the same. See my pics below.
It is hard to tell based on them more about your issue.
If it works for one ticket then for the test case you can go to the Report layouts and find your report.
Select the Run report action and enter your filters for posted sales invoices on the request page. Go to the print, and on the next window choose your printer and the number of copies. I have 2 invoices for the selected customer.

Also, you can read more about Document Sending Profiles and may use them for this purpose.
Yun described that well in the post below.

In the end, you can set them to run automatically with job queues, but then I am not sure about printing with the 2 copies, but nothing stops you from creating the same job after that to do one more print.

I hope you'll send us back info.

    Greetings

Are the spaces in between reserved for the lines? It is indeed difficult to make such detailed adjustments in Word. Alternatively, you can consider the following method and download each report separately, so that your current reports can continue to be used.
    More details:
Dynamics 365 Business Central: Bulk export/download reports with different layouts to a zip file (Download Posted Sales Invoices/Posted Purchase Invoices to a zip file)

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
