Hi Community,

May I ask what does this error means and how to resolve it?

Accounts was prompted this message when trying to going into edit Journal. After a while she was able to go in.

    Hello,

    It sounds like a one-off, so unless it happens again, I would just ignore it. This table "Page Data Personalization" is used for storing page options: SaveValues Property - Business Central | Microsoft Docs . In the case of a journal, things like what Batch name is selected. So if you change Batch Name, then it updates table "Page Data Personalization". But data here is stored per user, so how a user blocks their own data is a bit if a mystery. The data in this table is not critical and you can delete it as you like: ZUP File / Personalization Settings in Navision Role Tailored Client. (sauravdhyani.com) .

    So again, I would not worry about this - unless of course it starts happening again, then try to see if there is any kind of pattern when it happens.
