Should be posible to install RMS 2.0 HQ in Azure VM? and What about the POS Store Manager?

as long as the VM as internet access and is running a support windows OS version. Like Windows 7. You should be fine.
Your updates to the stores will be slower but that it all.
Just make sure it fits your budget.

How much user can work in a HQ Installation? Exists users roles? Could thy work at the same time ?
Hello Elaine,
One thing to note is to make sure that the edition of Windows you have running on the VM is support by RMS. For both Windows 7 and Windows 8, RMS has only been tested for compatibility and is support on the Professional edition or higher.
You can have as many people running Headquarters and Store Operations Manager as you have users set up in the database.
