    Trade agreement update price
    Hi,

You can check the category price rule function in the retail and commerce module. It has an option to automatically close previous trade agreements that were previously created from the same category price rule line.

    Thanks

    Hy,
how to best update the prices (also dsicounts, ...) on trade agreement depends on how the price update comes to you.

Do you get a price file, you could bring this to the Data entity format for the OpenSalesPriceJournalLinesV2 entity to be imprted using DMF.
Or as mentioned before you can use / Open in Excel / to modify existing records in unposted journals.
Futhermore when you have changes per percentage (e.g. in- or decrease prices by xx percent) you can do this within the trade agreement itsself.
Using / copy and revise / can manipulate existing journal lines e.g. to set new / form date / and / to date /.

    Hope this helps.

    Herzliche Grüße / kind regards,

You will need to set a To Date on the prices which were created on 01.02.

The easiest way to do this is probably to use the Select button to bring all of the Prices that need updating in to the Journal. Enter a To Date of 31.03 on the first line only. Then use the Open in Excel function to bring all of the lines in to Excel.

In Excel, copy the 31.03 date on to all lines, and Publish.

    Trade agreement update price
    Good day,

I think the best would be to create two lines:

    - One with 'To date' 3/192/204
    - One with 'From date 3/20/2024

    Best regards,

but you have mean that date should be update every time manualy ?
its a lot of iteams to close period always manualy...
find next I have off, but system awlways take lower price.
Generaly this is the simpe case.

I  have other with one item and two prices depends of quantity 1-100pcs one price, 101- infinity secound price
And general problem is that you dont know when you receive new price for iteam that is reason why period for date is always to infinity....
Take last one posted, will be the best way update price. but how to set up ?

    Hy,

best approach is to use the / to date / in the trade agreement to mark the old price to be not longer valid after the / to date /.
So the / from date / and / to date / should be handled to have a unique price finding.

Besife that the / find next / switch can be used stop searching for further trade agreements lines when multiple trade agreement lines exist.

    Hope this helps.
