Hi team,

We have one entity and created one document template for this entity and next one user is able to generate the document who is sysadmin at parent business unit level.

the other user is also sysadmin but not at parent business unit level he is not able to generate document even he is the owner for this record.

what could be the issue and resolution kindly suggest

further to the above information that user is getting record may be unavailable or you dont have permissions for this

Hello,

maybe the other user dont have permission on the entity-type in the Document Template
