Smart Phone Sales Dashboard for Sales Team Without BC License

Hi

What is the best method to create interactive sales dashboard for sales team (no daily Excel or pdf report)? Our sales team do not have a BC license or Microsoft Office License since they are "external" sales team. 

I know we can use Power Bi and pay $35 monthly license (since our sales team do not have Office License) . But I wonder if you know any other solutions or have any other suggestions? 

Any 3rd party solutions? Any example of development?

    Microsoft is paying close attention to multiplexing and this case is right on that line.  The sales team accessing the data without a published report will look like they should have at least team user licenses for BC.  The report distribution is going to be your best option to avoid multiplexing.

    Hi Jason 

    I am kind of lost now. What is a definition of multiplexing? If we take Data (through published web service)  to another software (let say Tableau or own app) and publish those reports in Tableau or own app does this consider multiplexing? We do not want our user to interact with BC at all. We want just to publish sales data to them in report or dashboard format.

    You can try making a report with your data and send it by email... every monday morning or so...

    Thanks for your help. The requirements is this report should be interactive that receiver can drill down and discover the data. Hence, pdf file will not work.
