Yammer group formerly known as Dynamics 365 Business Central Development

Hi, i was in the group "Dynamics 365 Business Central Development" as it was a good resource when it comes to Business Central and AL Development.

i see that we my profile migrated ( as far as i can tell without any history ) or affiliations with any groups. Is that group gone, yet to be created or can someone point me to an equivalent to that group? I haven't received any update-mails since my original invite to the yammer group in 2022.

Hi Chris,

I will move this question to the Business Central group. There might be more volunteers monitoring that group who know more about the Viva Engage groups available for BC.

Hi,

The old “Dynamics 365 Business Central Development” Yammer group was part of the legacy Microsoft Tech Community/Yammer environment. Many of those groups were recently retired or migrated, and in several cases the migration did not preserve membership history, posts, or group associations — which is why your profile now appears without any group affiliations.

I agree with all experts ,

The original “Dynamics 365 Business Central Development” Yammer group was discontinued when Microsoft migrated Yammer → Viva Engage → M365 Groups. During this transition, many legacy groups were archived, and user history was not carried over.

I still can't get on the new Yammer/Viva.

I've been to aka.ms/BCVivaEngage and filled out the form (probably more than once) and requested access. I even got an email invite, which I accepted - but I still can't get to the actual forum, the links don't work.

Have anyone got the right URL? (not the aka.ms url and not the url to the sign up page).
