Is there any way in Business Central to preview posting for multiple transactions together at once to review all the expected G/L entries of all the transactions together and export to Excel?

    BC doesn’t have a built-in feature to preview posting for multiple transactions together in one consolidated view. The standard Preview Posting only works for a single document (e.g., one Sales Order or Journal line). You need to customise it, however before that please elaborate the scenario or use case which you want to achieve.

    To explain the use case here invloved.
    I want to see the expected impact on G/L accounts before posting invoices to make sure all the invoices will hit the required G/L accounts.

    Hi,
     
    Business Central does not provide a bulk “preview posting” across multiple invoices; preview works one document at a time. To verify G/L impact before posting, use Posting Preview on each purchase invoice and export the preview entries to Excel.
    There is no standard way to see all expected entries for many invoices in one shot.
