Hello,
I am confused about a duplicate detection when a record is being created or updated. I know, that the functionality was stopped being supported when CRM 2013 came. But it works in CRM 2015 again. So I am not sure about CRM 2013 R2 - I believe it should work, but I have such an instance to support now and it doesn't work in it.
So, is anybody sure, in which versions the duplicate detection is supported? Thank you.
