I am looking for Dynamic widgets for SharePoint Intranet Portal, like this, that can be used to customize content pages and dashboards automatically. Individual widgets that provide a specific function, such as displaying a company event calendar, news, blogs, lists of documents, a gallery of images and other resource feeds. These are just five of the important features that is needed in an intranet for me, SharePoint is highly customizable you can create a very unique intranet portal using this, so i was hoping you guys could provide some insights on building some cool dynamic widgets, do share your thoughts and insights. When you say 'widgets', I think the Power BI dashboard would be the best solution. There are connectors to connect it to SharePoint and Dynamics. See below:
